Details

Sinds maart 2022 vangt de gemeente Oekraïense ontheemden op. Dit is tijdelijk georganiseerd middels opvang in hotels en via kamerverhuur. Een van die contracten verloopt per 4 maart 2027. Door verlenging van de Richtlijn Tijdelijke Bescherming is continuering (tot in ieder geval 4 maart 2028) nodig. Onderhavige oproep is bedoeld om geïnteresseerde gegadigden de kans te geven zich aan te melden voor een tender die toeziet op het afsluiten van een nieuw contract. Het gaat om tijdelijke opvangplekken voor op dit moment in totaal 50 personen, te verdelen over 30 een- en 10 tweepersoonskamers. De benodigde kamers moeten op één locatie worden aangeboden. Omdat de behoefte aan kamers in de tijd kan wijzigen, kan de opdrachtnemer hier geen rechten aan ontlenen voor de totaal mogelijke duur van de opdracht. De gemeente heeft het recht om na een vaste duur van 3 maanden, iedere twee maanden het aantal kamers eenzijdig op- of af te schalen.
