Deze aanbesteding betreft de tijdelijke beveiliging door het huren van Mobiele Camera Units, hierna: MCU's, op hoogspanningsstations en opslaglocaties. De scope van deze aanbesteding betreft het gepland en ongepland leveren en plaatsen (inclusief aarden) van MCU's, het beheren (preventief en correctief onderhoud) en de alarmopvolging binnen TenneT TSO.

Middels deze aanbesteding dienen verstoringen en (mogelijke) inbraken op de hoogspannings- en opslaglocaties gesignaleerd te worden waarbij technische verificatie mogelijk is door de Particuliere Alarm Centrale, hierna: PAC. Daarnaast dienen de beelden vastgelegd te worden en voor een afgesproken periode bewaard te blijven.
