Integrity is seeking an experienced TPM, Senior Manager to support the delivery of independent TPM services and portfolio evidence research analysis for the UK Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) ODA portfolio in Ukraine. In this role, you will work closely with the TPM Team Lead to scope monitoring requirements, design and manage TPM Tasking Orders, and collaborate with FCDO, the British Embassy Kyiv, implementing partners, and local data collection teams. The work plays a critical role in strengthening transparency, accountability, and assurance across ODA programmes in Ukraine.
We are looking for someone with:
- 10+ years’ experience designing and delivering TPM activities - Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills - Experience managing complex monitoring assignments - A detailed understanding of the Ukrainian context This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact development programming and accountability efforts in Ukraine.
