Details

The Health and Safety Executive's (HSE) Executive Committee hold monthly Town Hall events for all HSE staff to join. They want to provide all staff with the ability to join whether they are in the office, at home, or offsite at duty holder premises. For frontline staff working offsite, the option is to join via mobile phone, and the Executive Committee want this option to remain. HSE requires a Call-Off managed conference service to deliver its Virtual Town Hall (VTH) Events. HSE requires a standalone call conferencing event provider to deliver this service, to enable HSE staff to dial in from anywhere using a mobile phone. HSE's Requirement is for a telephone hosted solution, that has an operator to manage the calls. The solution cannot be internet based.
