Description of General Requirements:

1.The United Nations Mission in the Republic of South Sudan (UNMISS) is seeking qualified entities for the establishment, operation, and provision of Duty-Free Post Exchange (PX) Services in Juba and various field offices across South Sudan. This requirement covers an initial period of three (3) years, with the option to extend for up to two (2) additional years of one (1) year each. UNMISS hereby invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested and eligible vendors with the capability and experience to provide these services. Women owned Businesses and Businesses owned by people with disabilities are encouraged to participate.

Conditions

1. Interested providers are invited to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) by e-mail as indicated below. The EOI must include, as a minimum, the following information:

• Vendors must be registered in UNGM under the services (UNSPSC No. 80140000 - Marketing and

distribution) in order to participate in the solicitation for this requirement.

• Company's contact details: UNGM Identification Number, company name, address, telephone and e-

mail must be provided in the EOI Form.
