The supplier shall deliver the atta to the designated ration store as per approved sample and work order, including all transportation, loading, unloading and labour costs at his own expense. The work shall be completed within the stipulated period specified in the contract. Failure to supply the atta as per approved sample, work order and contract conditions shall result in forfeiture of the Performance Security and other actions as per prevailing rules and regulations.
