Miljødirektoratet, Artsdatabanken og Norsk polarinstitutt er opptatt av å sikre rettferdige, faglig forankrede og effektive rekrutteringsprosesser. Som et ledd i dette arbeidet skal vi benytte et system med testverktøy for evne- og personlighetstesting i rekrutteringsprosessene våre.
Evne- og personlighetstestene vil være et supplement til andre verktøy og evalueringsmetoder som vi bruker i rekrutteringsprosessen. Testverktøyet skal bidra til å sikre et godt beslutningsgrunnlag for ansettelser, og sikre jobbsøkere en god og tillitsvekkende kandidatopplevelse. Vi estimerer at behovet vårt vil være på omtrent 300 - 500 tester årlig i avtaleperioden, og et sted mellom 9-14 sertifiserte brukere av løsningen.
