إنشاء مشروع مبنى قاعة متعددة الأغراض لبلدية خالد بن الوليد / إربد منطقة ملكا – أعمال الهيكل فقط ، بمساحة إجمالية تقريبية (862) م²، ويتكون من طابقين (أرضي وأول) بالإضافة إلى بيوت الدرج والمصعد والبروزات المعمارية والمظلة الخارجية. الطابق الأرضي بمساحة تقريبية (226) م²، ويحتوي على مستودع، وحدات صحية، غرفة استقبال رسميين، استراحة، مطبخ، مسرح، غرفة كهرباء وبهو المدخل. الطابق الأول بمساحة تقريبية (581) م²، ويحتوي على مستودع، مكتب، غرفة تحكم، غرفة استراحة، غرفة كهرباء، بالإضافة إلى الحمامات. أما بيوت الدرج والبروزات المعمارية والمظلة الخارجية فتبلغ مساحتها الإجمالية حوالي (55) م² حسب المخططات المرفقة والمواصفات الفنية وتعليمات المهندس المشرف
