تود بلدية الطيبة استخدام جزء من مخصصاتها ضمن مشروع عطاء فتح وتعبيد واعادة تأهيل طرق و توريد فرشيات و خلطة اسفلتية ساخنة ضمن مناطق بلدية الطيبة الممول من قبل وزارة الادارة المحلية. اذ تدعو بلدية الطيبة المناقصين ذوي الاهلية الى تقديم عروض بالظرف المختوم لـتنفيذ عطاء فتح وتعبيد واعادة تأهيل طرق و توريد فرشيات و خلطة اسفلتية ساخنة ضمن مناطق بلدية الطيبة حيث ستتم اجراءات الشراء من خلال مناقصة عامة محلية وفقا لأحكام نظام المشتريات الحكومية والتعليمات الصادرة بمقتضاه، وهي مفتوحة لكل المناقصين ذوي الأهلية والمصنفين في مجال انشاء و صيانة الطرق فئة رابعة او ثالثه او مجال خلطات اسفلتية ثالثة او ثانية وعلى المناقص تقديم نسخة عن شهادة التصنيف السارية المفعول، علما بان معايير التأهيل المطلوب توفرها لدى المناقص الفائز محددة في وثائق المناقصة .
