Tender for Electricity Network Losses for 2027, 2028 and 2029

The procurement comprises the supply of electricity for covering the Contracting Authority's network losses for the years 2027, 2028 and 2029. It is noted that the supply relating to the years 2028 and 2029 may be terminated in accordance with Clause 24 of the draft Contract.

Settlement shall be made on an ongoing basis based on the applicable day-ahead electricity spot price for the relevant price area, plus a fixed price (markup) per kWh.

Costs relating to the transmission tariff, system tariff and balancing tariff attributable to the contracted volume shall be passed through to the Contracting Authority at cost, without amendment or surcharge, in accordance with Section 32(2) of Bek. No. 1468 of 1 December 2025.

The expected network losses for the respective years are as follows:

2027: 92,800,000 kWh

2028: 94,900,000 kWh

2029: 97,600,000 kWh
