The other details of the tender are as under: 1. Name of Work and lo- cation of work Electrical and allied works at the proposed premises for SBI Raikala Branch under RBO Keonjhar Location: Raikala, under RBO Keonjhar 2 Eligibility of Criteria i) SBI (LHO, Bhubaneswar) approved Electrical contractor under LT category Group-EA, EB, EC & ED category (newly empaneled) are only eligible to participate in this tender. ii) As per Empanelment Notice “Agencies with valid Electrical li- cense from other states applying for this empanelment should ob- tain valid Electrical license from ELBO prior to issue of any tender paper “ and same must be uploaded in this e-tender for qualifying in technical bid, failing which the agency will be disqualified. Bank reserve right to cancel the tender and/or work order at any stage without as- signing any reason to the participants. 3 Estimated Cost (In Rs.) Rs.7,56,025/- ( Rupees Seven Lakh Fifty Six Thousand Twenty Five Only) plus GST as applicable 4 Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) Rs.7500/- (Rupees Seven Thousand Five Only) in the Form of De- mand Draft/Banker’s Cheque issued by any Nationalised /Scheduled Bank Drawn in favour of “State Bank of India” Payable at “Keonjhar” which is to be submitted in original in a separate envelope superscrib- ing “EMD”. Those empaneled electrical contractor’s under LT category submitted their one time EMD the Bank towards LT category EA, EB, EC & ED category, need not to submit the EMD again. However, the copy of the one-time EMD to be submitted in a separate envelope su- perscribing “One Time EMD”. Without EMD/one time EMD, the tender will be rejected. EMD shall be converted into SD for successful Con- tractor, whose tender is accepted. However, vendors having registered in MSME/NSIC are exempted for submission of EMD amount. 5 Availability of Tender document. 07.09.2026 from 4:00 PM to 17.09.2026 upto 2:00 PM at service pro- vider website www.tenderwizard.com/SBI ETENDER and Bank’s Web- site 6 Initial Security Deposit (ISD) L1 vendor shall submit, 2% of awarded value of work in the form of DD/BC/FDR favouring “State Bank of India” payable under RBO Keonjhar within 7 days of receipt of “letter of intent” or “ work order.” 7 Security Deposit An amount @ 5% of the bill amount will be retained by the SBI from the bills including ISD/EMD as Retention Money till the end of Defect Lia- bility period. 8 Additional Security Deposit/ Additional Performance Gu- rantee ASD/APG shall be applicable if the price bid is below 10% of the esti- mated cost put to tender. The amount of such ASD/APG shall be differ- ence between 90% of the estimated cost put to tender and quoted price. Bank Gurantee of FDR/ receipt favouring our Bank but drawn on any other Natiolized Bank may also be accepted as ASD/APG. The eligible empaneled contractor under the Bhubaneswar Circle/LHO are required to submit/enclose the scan copies of following document online on or before 17.09.2026 upto 14:00 Hrs: (i)Process Compliance form in company letter head duly signed and stamped by authorize representative. (II) Letter of Undertaking in company letter head duly signed and stamped by authorize representative. (iii) Copy Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)/One time EMD copy/ copy of valid MSME/NSIC certificate. However, the physical EMD/copy of One time EMD / copy of the valid NSIC or MSME certificate to be submitted on or before last date & time in sealed envelope at our SBI office address mentioned in Sr. No. 21 Tenders received without any one or more document mentioned above shall be rejected.
