Sanctuary Group- Technology Services

Sanctuary Group is undertaking Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) with prospective suppliers and other interested organisations operating within the technology services market. This is a broad, multi-service opportunity across an enterprise technology estate currently estimated at approximately 265-300 applications, spanning SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft platforms and other enterprise technologies and supporting both operational and transformational technology services. Sanctuary Group's Technology Directorate has undergone significant change across its operating model and technology estate. Sanctuary Group is therefore assessing sourcing arrangements for technology services that support the delivery, development, transformation and ongoing operation of the estate in 2027. This engagement gives participating organisations an opportunity to contribute market insight and inform potential service groupings, sourcing approaches and procurement considerations before final decisions are made. The purpose of this engagement is to:

• Provide an overview of Sanctuary Group, its technology landscape and strategic objectives.
• Obtain market feedback on potential service groupings and sourcing approaches.
• Understand supplier capability, capacity and appetite.
• Explore potential procurement structures, routes to market and commercial models.
• Understand mobilisation, transition and service-delivery considerations.
• Inform the development of Sanctuary Group's technology procurement strategy.

Organisations interested in participating should register with Group Procurement from publication. The supplier questionnaire is intended to be issued with, or shortly after, the notice. A supplier webinar is proposed for early-mid October 2026, with questionnaire responses proposed to close in October 2026. The indicative timetable is set out below. The service areas above are indicative and are intended to support market engagement and feedback. The final service structure, grouping, boundaries, scope, sourcing model and procurement approach have not been determined and will be informed by market feedback, commercial assessment, legal advice and governance decisions.
