UNICEF Cambodia Country Office is pleased to invite your firm to submit a proposal for technical assistance to support the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports to integrate the Youth Solar (YOSO) into the Local Life Skills Education and Volunteer for My Community Programs , as detailed in the attached solicitation LRPS-2026-9206849 .
