The successful Lead Consultant will provide a single point of accountability for project and design management and will assemble, lead and coordinate the multidisciplinary team required to progress the project from Stage 1 investigation and definition through developed design, detailed design and Building Consent / procurement readiness. Only Stage 1 will initially be authorised. Subsequent stages will be released only following the relevant hold point approval. It is a key community aspiration that local providers are used wherever possible.
