Vestland fylkeskommune skal anskaffe eit system for tovegs varsling av og mellom personale for bruk i td vidaregåande skular. Systemet skal nytte eksisterande mobiltelefonar og fungere som ein plattform/applikasjon for å sende og å varslingar med relevans for beredskap og tryggleik. Systemet skal om mogleg kunne integrerast med låse- og styringssystem i fylkeskommunale bygg.
