Denne anskaffelsen gjennomføres som et samarbeid mellom de to største IKT-samarbeidene i Agder, IKT Agder IKS og Det Digitale Vestre Agder IKS (DDV). Anskaffelsen inngår som en vesentlig del av prosjektet for nytt fagsystem for
- forvaltning, drift, vedlikehold og utvikling av bygg- og bygningsmasse
- boligforvaltning
- renhold
Formålet med anskaffelsen er å anskaffe et felles fagsystem for FDVU, boligforvaltning og renhold som eierkommunene kan benytte. Anskaffelsen skal sikre fremtidsrettede løsninger for kommunene i samarbeidet, samt bidra til å forenkle og effektivisere hverdagen for brukere av løsningen.
Kommunene skal tilbys nye teknologier etter som de blir tilgjengelige og interessante. Funksjonalitet skal være tilgjengelig etter enklest mulig prismodell som ikke begrenser utvikling, og med størst mulig integrasjon mellom ulike tjenester og teknologier.
