Le projet NEB N13 Viabilità Bellinzona Sud – Riazzino prévoit des mesures de génie civil comprenant l’entretien du revêtement, son remplacement par un revêtement phonoabsorbant ainsi que l’amélioration ou le remplacement des infrastructures existantes. Il prévoit également l’adaptation d’une partie des giratoires du Piano di Magadino, entre le giratoire de la jonction de Bellinzona Sud (exclu) et le giratoire de l’aéroport de Locarno (inclus), dans le cadre du système d’autorégulation du trafic. Le tronçon concerné par l’appel d’offres, dénommé « comparto ovest », s’étend du giratoire de Contone Est jusqu’au giratoire de l’aéroport de Locarno, tous deux inclus. L’objet du mandat comprend les prestations réalisées par le laboratoire du maître de l’ouvrage, notamment des essais en laboratoire, des contrôles in situ ainsi que des analyses de matériaux, principalement sur les revêtements bitumineux.
