Der Käufer überträgt dem Verkäufer die Gesamtverantwortung für die folgenden Lieferungen und Leistungen: - Das Team des Generalunternehmers unterstützt den Auftraggeber im Rahmen eines Rahmenvertrags bei der Realisierung von Installations- und Erweiterungsmassnahmen für Photovoltaikanlagen, die an den Energiebedarf angepasst sind und in mehreren Phasen durchgeführt werden sollen. Diese Massnahmen zielen darauf ab, die Energieeffizienz zu verbessern, die Energieerzeugung aus erneuerbaren Quellen zu steigern und die Nachhaltigkeit der bestehenden Anlagen zu fördern. Im Rahmen dieser Aktivitäten werden Photovoltaikmodule, Wechselrichter, Tragkonstruktionen, Überwachungssysteme und alle für den ordnungsgemässen Betrieb der Anlage erforderlichen Zubehörteile geliefert und installiert. Die geplanten Aktivitäten unterliegen den technischen Genehmigungen und Zulassungen sowie den Entscheidungen der zuständigen Stellen.
