Le présent marché porte sur les travaux d’installations de chantier, de génie civil des réseaux et des travaux spéciaux et comprend : Installations de chantier communes : * Fourniture, installation, superposition, entretien et repli des conteneurs dédiés à la base de vie commune ainsi que des aires de stockage. * Mise en place de raccordements temporaires en eau, électricité et évacuation des eaux de chantier, pose de clôtures et signalisation et aménagement des pistes d’accès. Génie civil des réseaux et sous-station : * Réalisation des fouilles en tranchées, lits de pose, pose de tubes de protection et remblayage pour les conduites souterraines (eau potable, gaz naturel, électricité). * Génie civil Groupe E. Construction sur site des structures en béton de la nouvelle station transformatrice (fosse, radier, chambre de tirage, étanchéité). Travaux spéciaux et protection d’ouvrages : * Forage et bétonnage de profilés métalliques verticaux dans le terrain, suivi du montage, de l’entretien et du démontage d’une paroi de protection métallique le long de la voie ferrée TransN. * Exécution de micropieux forés et tubés pour les fondations de la station transformatrice Groupe E. Gestion environnementale * Installation et exploitation de bassins de décantation et d’unités de neutralisation du pH pour le traitement des eaux de chantier avant rejet. * Réalisation de sondages, tri sélectif, transport et évacuation en décharge contrôlée des déblais et matériaux excavés, avec traitement spécifique des terres polluées (OLED et PFAS).
