Mit der vorliegenden öffentlichen Ausschreibung beabsichtigt die Staatskanzlei des Kantons Aargau eine leistungsfähige Dienstleiterin zu evaluieren, welche Lieferungen zu Büromaterial und Papier für alle Departemente, die Gerichte und die Staatskanzlei erbringen kann. Der Auftrag zur Büromaterial- und Papierlieferung wird unter Berücksichtigung der Vorschriften des GPA sowie gestützt auf die Gesetzgebung des Kantons Aargau ausgeschrieben. Aufgrund des geschätzten Gesamtvolumens und gestützt auf Art. 18 in Verbindung mit Art. 16 Abs. 1 IVöB sowie dessen Anhang 2 erfolgt die Ausschreibung im offenen Verfahren.
