Die Kantonspolizei Bern beschafft im Rahmen einer öffentlichen Ausschreibung verschiedene Uniformabzeichen. Die Ausschreibung ist in drei Lose aufgeteilt: Los 1: Gestickte Funktionsabzeichen/Achselschlaufen & "OD"-Oberarmpatche Los 2: Gewobene "POLICE"-Oberarmpatche & rechteckige Namensschilder Los 3: Moosgummi/PVC-3D "POLICE"-Oberarmpatche Die Aufteilung erfolgt, da die Produkte sich in Herstellungsart, Material und technischen Anforderungen grundlegend unterscheiden und eine losweise Vergabe den Wettbewerb unter spezialisierten Herstellern fördert.

Lots Lot 1 — Gestickte Funktionsabzeichen/Achselschlaufen & «OD»-Oberarmpatche: Gegenstand dieses Loses sind Funktionsabzeichen/Achselschlaufen verschiedener Dienstgrade und Funktionen (gestickt, vernäht) sowie runde «OD»-Oberarmpatche (gestickt, mit Klett-Haftpart Rückseite). Die Herstellung erfolgt als Stickerei auf Stoff. Lot 2 — Gewobene «POLICE»-Oberarmpatche & rechteckige Namensschilder: Gegenstand dieses Loses sind runde «POLICE»-Oberarmpatche (gewoben, mit Klett-Haftpart Rückseite) sowie individualisierte Namensschilder (10 Stück pro Namen, gewoben, mit Klett-Haftpart Rückseite). Lot 3 — Moosgummi/PVC-3D «POLICE»-Oberarmpatche: Gegenstand dieses Loses sind runde «POLICE»-Oberarmpatche aus Moosgummi/PVC-3D mit Klett-Haftpart Rückseite. Die Herstellung erfolgt durch Giessen, Stanzen oder vergleichbarem.
