Gegenstand der Beschaffung sind die Reinigungsleistungen für die Bürogebäude der Sozialversicherungsanstalt Basel-Landschaft an der Hauptstrasse 109 in Binningen BL (vier Gebäudeblöcke, rund 6'670 m², 206 Räume). Die Leistungen umfassen: - die Unterhaltsreinigung der Büro-, Publikums-, Sanitär-, Verkehrs- und Nebenflächen - einen werktäglichen Tagesservice mit Präsenz vor Ort in den Cafeteria-, Küchen- und Aufenthaltsflächen, einschliesslich reinigungsnaher Supportleistungen - Spezialreinigungen (z. B. Grund- und Intensivreinigung, Teppichreinigung, Heizkörper- und Leuchtenreinigung) - Sonder- und Zusatzleistungen (z.
