Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind medizinische Dienstleistungen im Bereich HEF, FU sowie B/U bestehend aus: · der Entgegennahme der polizeilichen Anrufe, · dem Aufgebot von der Dienstleistungserbringerin administrativ unterstellten, fachlich kompetenten Ärztinnen und Ärzten oder Psychiaterinnen und Psychiatern, die rasch an den Einsatzort ausrücken, um eine HEF oder FU abzuklären/zu bescheinigen und/oder die Abnahme von B/U durchzuführen sowie · das Tragen des Inkassorisikos bei FU-Prüfungen (die Rechnungen für HEF-Prüfungen resp. B/U-Proben können der Stadtpolizei Winterthur eingesendet werden).
