BKS-2319 Réalisation de l'Enquête sur les familles et les générations 2028 et de l’Enquête sur la langue, la religion et la culture 2029.

L'Office fédéral de la statistique (OFS) souhaite faire appel à un institut de sondage, dans le cadre d’une procédure ouverte d'appel d'offres, dans le but de réaliser des enquêtes par sondage sur les familles et les générations (EFG) 2028 ainsi que sur la langue, la religion et la culture (ELRC) 2029. Le mandat comprend notamment l'implémentation des questionnaires en ligne, la gestion des adresses ainsi que l'envoi, la réalisation des enquêtes pilotes et principales, y compris la gestion d'une hotline. L’OFS recherche un prestataire capable de fournir les prestations requises et disposant des compétences techniques et spécialisées nécessaires.
