Details

Mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung soll ein Rahmenvertrag für die direkte Beschaffung von Software sowie Service-Level (Betriebs-, Wartungs- und Supportleistungen) vergeben werden. Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist eine Softwarelösung inkl. Service-Level ausschliesslich zur Durchführung und Verwaltung von Phishing-Simulationen sowie zur Meldung und Analyse verdächtiger E-Mails. Die Lösung soll eine automatisierte, zielgruppenspezifische Sensibilisierung von über 13'000 Mitarbeitenden ermöglichen und umfangreiche Reporting-, Integrations- und Auswertungsfunktionen bereitstellen. Dazu gehören eine grosse Bibliothek aktueller Phishing-Simulationen, Microtrainings, Gamification-Elemente, Anbindung zu gängigen Schnittstellen sowie eine datenschutzkonforme, anonymisierte Erfolgsauswertung. Zusätzlich soll die Lösung eine benutzerfreundliche Meldung verdächtiger E-Mails direkt aus den eingesetzten E-Mail-Clients inklusive mobiler Endgeräte ermöglichen. Gemeldete E-Mails sind automatisiert zu analysieren. Durch eine regelbasierte und manuelle Bewertungen soll dies effizient zu klassifizieren und zu bearbeiten sein. Bei gemeldeten E-Mails soll die Lösung Phishing-Kampagnen erkennen, Meldungen intelligent bündeln und durch Automatisierungsregeln den Bearbeitungsaufwand reduzieren. Darüber hinaus wird erwartet, dass die Software kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt wird und die Möglichkeit zur Einbringung und Umsetzung neuer Feature-Requests bietet.
