Details

Im ETH Gebäude EKZ (gesamter Energiekanal im Zentrum) sind die Dilatationsfugen undicht und müssen saniert werden. Dies geschieht Aufgrund der überschrittenen Lebensdauer der Dilatationsfugen und damit die Sicherheit für den laufenden Betrieb weiterhin gewährleistet werden kann. Eine Sanierung aller Dilatationsfugen im EKZ ist vorzunehmen. Angaben des Schadstoff-Fachplaners ist die Dichtungsmasse der Dilatationsfugen nicht schadstoffbelastet und kann daher ohne grosse Schutzvorkehrungen ersetzt werden. Die Dilatationsfugen sind fachgerecht mit geeigneter Dichtungsmasse abzudichten und allenfalls mit einem zusätzlichen, der Funktion entsprechenden Abdichtungsbandes (z.B. Combiflex) zu überkleben. Bereiche mit stärkeren Wassereintritten sind zudem zusätzlich mit Betoninjektionen abzudichten. Durch die erschwerten Zugänglichkeiten hinter den bestehenden Installationen und den hohen Temperaturen im Energiekanal wird die Ausführung der Arbeiten erschwert.
