L'appel d'offres porte sur la fourniture d'électricité pour les années 2029 à 2031 pour les sites de l'ETHZ, de l'Empa et de l'Eawag à Zurich, Bâle, Dübendorf et Saint-Gall, avec les points de mesure indiqués ci-dessous. La consommation d'énergie s'élève à environ 130 GWh/an (dont 117 GWh pour l'ETH, 10 GWh pour l'Empa et 3 GWh pour l'Eawag). Les prévisions sont ajustées en conséquence et comparées avec le fournisseur. Les quantités sont mises en adjudication dans un seul lot.
