Die Engadiner Kraftwerke AG (EKW) betreibt die Kraftwerksstufe Ova Spin – Pradella. Im Rahmen der Lebensdauerverlängerung verschiedener maschinentechnischer Anlagen werden die Generatorrotor-Anhebevorrichtung, die Generatorbremse sowie die zugehörigen Rohrleitungssysteme erneuert beziehungsweise revidiert. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere: * Demontage und fachgerechte Entsorgung der bestehenden Anhebevorrichtungen, Druckluftsysteme, Rohrleitungen, Armaturen und Nebenanlagen; * Revision der bestehenden Anhebe- und Bremszylinder; * Lieferung, Montage und Inbetriebsetzung neuer Rohrleitungen, Armaturen, Druckluftsystem und Sensoren; * Ersatz der bestehenden manuellen Anhebe-Pumpe; * Durchführung der erforderlichen Funktions- und Dichtheitsprüfungen; * Erstellung und Übergabe der Revisions-, Prüf- und Anlagendokumentation. Die Arbeiten erfolgen im Kraftwerk Pradella und sind unter Berücksichtigung der betrieblichen Anforderungen der Auftraggeberin auszuführen. Ziel der Massnahme ist die Sicherstellung eines sicheren, zuverlässigen und langfristigen Betriebs der Generator-Anhebe- und Bremsanlage.
