Lots Lot 1 — BH Bâtiment principal de la cité hospitalière: Le projet intègre : * Le remplacement complet des luminaires en fin de vie et/ou en mauvais état (éclairage de plus de 20 ans), y compris l'adaptation éventuelle du système de fixation : CFC 232 → Descriptif électrique, conditions Ingénieurs (électricité), série de prix, pièces annexes * La substitution des sources lumineuses (« retrofit ») des luminaires en bon état de moins de 20 ans (tubes T8/T5 remplacés par des tubes LED compatibles, y compris modifications de câblage) : CFC 232.1 → Descriptif électrique, conditions Ingénieurs (électricité), série de prix, pièces annexes * La fourniture et la pose de la lustrerie standard et sur mesure : CFC 233 → Descriptif lustrerie, conditions Ingénieurs (électricité), série de prix, pièces annexes * La mise à niveau phasée des systèmes de gestion et de commande de l'éclairage (variation de luminosité, détecteurs de présence, sondes crépusculaires) : CFC 232.2 → Descriptif électrique, conditions Ingénieurs (électricité), série de prix, pièces annexes Pour l'ensemble des étages du bâtiment BH du CHUV (étages 12/13/14/15/16/17 en option).
