Sont comprises les installations d'eau froide et d'eau chaude, d'eaux usées et d'eaux pluviales, les appareils, la robinetterie, les fixations, l'isolation ainsi que les travaux annexes. Les prestations comprennent la livraison, le montage, la mise en service et la documentation des installations conformément au dossier du projet et aux normes en vigueur. Les travaux devront être réalisés conformément aux normes SIA en vigueur, aux directives de la SSIGE ainsi qu'aux prescriptions des autorités et au dossier du projet.
