BKP 25 Sanitäre Anlagen. Erstellen der vollständigen Sanitärinstallationen inkl. fertig beplankten Vorwandelementen, gemäss Leistungsbeschreibungen und Plänen resp. Ausschreibung, z.T. mit ReUse Bauteilen und Elementen aus dem ehemaligen Kinderspital-Areal. Die Liegenschaft Pestalozzistrasse 55/57, unmittelbar neben dem ehemaligen Areal des Kinderspitals gelegen, wird instandgesetzt und einer neuen Wohnnutzung zugeführt. Das bestehende Gebäude aus dem Jahr 1926 wurde in den vergangenen Jahrzehnten unterschiedlich genutzt und steht seit dem Wegzug des Kinderspitals leer. Im Rahmen des vorliegenden Projekts wird die Villa für die zukünftige Nutzung angepasst und technisch sowie baulich ertüchtigt. Die Massnahmen umfassen u.a. die Erneuerung und Anpassung der Gebäudetechnik, den Umbau ausgewählter Bereiche im Innenausbau sowie die Erstellung neuer Nasszellen. Ziel ist eine funktionale und wirtschaftliche Weiternutzung der bestehenden Bausubstanz unter Berücksichtigung der vorhandenen Gebäudestruktur.
