Le marché porte sur : * o Phase ferme : phase SIA 32 ; * o Phases conditionnées à l’obtention des financements par vote d’un Projet de Loi, et conditionnée à l’obtention en force de l’Autorisation de Construire DD 348’157/1 : phases SIA 41, 51, 52, 53 ; * Sous-projet 1b : renforcement parasismique du Bâtiment Opéra.
