BKP 214-05 Holzbau Ausgangslage Der Kanton Zürich realisiert am Standort Oberrieden die Instandsetzung und Erweiterung des Betriebsgebäudes der Seepolizei und Schifffahrtskontrolle. Der bestehende Stützpunkt wird umfassend erneuert, baulich ertüchtigt und um einen Neubau erweitert. Der Betrieb der Seepolizei wird während der Bauzeit über separate Provisorien aufrechterhalten. Ziel ist ein zeitgemässer, sicherer und energetisch erneuerter Stützpunkt, der den betrieblichen Anforderungen langfristig gerecht wird. Projektübersicht Das Projekt umfasst sämtliche Holzbauarbeiten des Hauptprojekts und gliedert sich in folgende Bereiche: • Vorgefertigte Wand-, Decken- und Dachelemente in Holzrahmen-, Rippen- und Hohlkastenbauweise • Vorsatzschalen auf dem bestehenden Massivbau sowie primäre Tragkonstruktion mit Stützen und Trägern • Äussere und innere Bekleidungen einschliesslich Brandschutz-, Schallschutz- und Akustikbekleidungen Der Standort befindet sich an der Seestrasse in Oberrieden (ZH). Die Arbeiten erfolgen in mehreren Etappen.
