MP-110078 N13 RG Centre maintenance S. Bernardino, Rénovation et agrandissement des bâtiments existants / partie II - Installation photovoltaïque en toitures

Dans le cadre du projet de rénovation et d’agrandissement du Centre de maintenance San Bernardino Sud, il est demandé la conception exécutive et la réalisation de systèmes photovoltaïques bifaciaux à haut rendement, installés verticalement sur les toitures des bâtiments B/C/E/F. Les panneaux photovoltaïques sont intégrés dans une structure métallique et fixés sur des plaques de base recouvertes de ballast en gravier. Les dimensions de chaque module photovoltaïque sont 1,76 m x 1,13 m. • Bâtiment B - atelier infrastructures mécaniques Il est prévu d’installer environ 250 modules sur le toit, ce qui correspond à une surface de panneaux d’environ 500 m2. On suppose une puissance des modules de 455 Wp (côté avant), on obtient une puissance totale de 113,8 kWp pour les toits du bâtiment B. • Bâtiment C - atelier infrastructures électrique et lavage des voitures Il est prévu d’installer environ 240 modules sur le toit, ce qui correspond à une surface de panneaux d’environ 480 m2. On suppose une puissance des modules de 455 Wp (face avant), on obtient une puissance totale de 109,2 kWp. • Bâtiment E - entrepôt Il est prévu d’installer environ 44 modules sur le toit, ce qui correspond à une surface de panneaux d’environ 88 m2. On suppose une puissance des modules de 455 Wp (côté avant), on obtient une puissance totale de 20 kWp. • Bâtiment F - bâtiment maintenance UTGR Il est prévu d’installer quelque 153 modules sur le toit, ce qui correspond à une surface de panneaux d’environ 300 m2. On suppose une puissance des modules de 455 Wp (côté avant), on obtient une puissance totale de 69,6 kWp.
