Ausgangslage und übergeordnete Zielsetzung: HXE muss dem Neubauprojekt HWS weichen und wird rückgebaut. Die ETH ist durch den Rahmenvertrag gegenüber VSETH verpflichtet, Ersatzflächen bereitzustellen, bis die definitiven Räume im HIC-Neubau bezugsbereit sind. Betriebsbereitschaft zwingend bis Januar 2028. Leistungsumfang Totalunternehmung: Planung und Realisierung eines Ersatzbaus/Modulbaus als Gesamtleistung (Gesamtleister-/TU-Modell), inkl. Demontier- und Wiederverwendbarkeit; funktionale Ausschreibung gem. Aufgabenbeschreibung ETH Zürich, HBA Ersatzbau HXE nebst Beilagen. Optionen: PV-Anlage als Option mit Wirtschaftlichkeitsnachweis. Nicht Teil des Auftrags: - Umbauten für Etappe 2 - Rückbau des Provisoriums nach Nutzungsende - Planung/Integration des thermo-chemischen Speichersystems Die Methode BIM wird nicht in Auftrag gegeben.
