La Ville de Lancy souhaite procéder à des travaux d’extension, de rénovation et de transformation du groupe scolaire Tivoli, y compris de son préau, située 15 Chemin Fief-de-Chapitre au Petit-Lancy (ci-après le Projet). En effet, la commune doit pouvoir répondre aux besoins grandissants de la population lancéenne, en constante augmentation, aux exigences du DIP, aux objectifs de diminution des effets d’îlot de chaleur de ses préaux et à la nécessaire rénovation de ses groupes scolaires. L’objet du présent marché porte sur l’attribution d’un mandat d’architecte endossant le rôle d’un planificateur général, d’un ingénieur chauffage ventilation sanitaire régulation, et enfin d’un ingénieur civil pour la conception et réalisation du Projet.
