Planificateur général SIA 32-53 pour la sous-station de Regensdorf

La sous-station de 220 kV de Regensdorf est située dans la commune de Regensdorf, dans le canton de Zurich. L'installation de commutation de 220 kV à isolation gazeuse de la sous-station de Regensdorf a été mise en service en 2021. Malgré le jeune âge de l'installation à isolation gazeuse (5 ans), celle-ci ne peut pas, selon le fabricant, être étendue avec le même type d'installation. Une pièce d'adaptation fabriquée sur mesure est nécessaire pour pouvoir procéder à l'extension vers un type d'installation actuel. Cela s'accompagne d'un besoin d'espace plus important, raison pour laquelle Swissgrid a décidé d'agrandir directement l'installation de deux baies. À cette fin, l'installation GIS doit être agrandie de deux baies (baie de transformateur et baie de réserve), ainsi que des raccordements de câbles nécessaires. Le présent appel d'offres vise à recruter le planificateur général pour les phases SIA 32 à 53 afin d'assurer la planification et la coordination de ce projet, les phases SIA 51 à 53 étant attribuées à titre optionnel. Outre l'étendue des prestations spécifiques à son domaine de compétence, le maître d'œuvre assume également la supervision et la coordination générales de tous les domaines spécialisés impliqués, y compris les interfaces associées, en tant que responsable général au sens de la norme SIA 103. Les sous-projets suivants doivent être organisés par le planificateur général: * Direction et coordination de tous les domaines spécialisés impliqués, y compris les interfaces * Ingénierie et planification dans le sous-projet - Techniques des circuits primaires * Ingénierie et planification dans le sous-projet - Besoins propres * Ingénierie et planification dans le sous-projet - Bâtiment et génie civil * Direction des trauvaux (facultatif) Les sous-projets suivants sont mis à la disposition du planificateur général: * Coordination générale des modèles BIM * Ingénierie et planifcation dans le sous-projet - Système d'automatisation des sous-stations (SAS) * Conception et planification dans le sous-projet - Environnement Pour plus d'informations, veuillez consulter les documents C100 et C101 du dossier d'appel d'offres.
