Il couvre les phases selon SIA 102 pour le CFC 291 et SIA 108 pour les techniques CVSE, de la phase 31 (Avant-projet) à la phase 53 (Mise en service, clôture). Ces prestations s'inscrivent dans le cadre des projets d'extension et de modernisation d'infrastructures existantes (Salle blanche et laboratoire P3).
