Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för tillhandahållande av specialistkompetens inom audiovisuella (AV) lösningar och omfattar tjänster för planering, projektering, installation, konfigurering, driftsättning, service och teknisk support av FRA:s AV-miljöer.Leverantören ska tillhandahålla teknisk kompetens för genomförande av såväl mindre serviceinsatser som större installations- och förändringsarbeten. Uppdrag kan omfatta bland annat:projektering och teknisk utformning av AV-lösningar,projektledning och teknisk samordning av AV-relaterade uppdrag,installation och montering av AV-utrustning,konfigurering, programmering och driftsättning av AV-system,integration mellan olika AV-komponenter och angränsande tekniska system,felsökning, felavhjälpning och återställning av funktion,förebyggande och avhjälpande underhåll,teknisk rådgivning och stöd inför förändringar eller nyinstallationer,teknisk support till beställaren samt, vid behov, utbildning och överlämning av installerade lösningar.tillhandahållande av produkter och material. bortforsling av material, skräp, gammal hårdvara inom området på av FRA anvisade platser. Uppdrag kan avse exempelvis mötesrum, konferensrum, utbildningslokaler, ledningsrum och andra verksamhetslokaler där AV-utrustning används.Avrope sker utifrån faktiskt behov av specialistkompetens inom AV under kontraktstiden. Beställaren garanterar inga volymer. Leverantören ska tillhandahålla kompetens för såväl löpande service, teknisk support och felsökning som projektering, projektledning, installation, montering, konfigurering, programmering, driftsättning och teknisk samordning av AV-lösningar.
