Uppdraget omfattar samtliga persontransporter med taxi /specialfordon, turbundna resor samt eventuellt tillkommande extrainsatta resor, (med utgångspunkt från skollagens 10 Kap § 32 samt Kap 11 § 31 och Kap 18 §30) av barn från och med förskoleåldern till och med gymnasiet. Olika funktionshinder kan förekomma hos resenärerna. Vanligt förekommande funktionsnedsättningar är demens, autism, hjärnskada, synskada, hörselskada och utvecklingsstörning. Förändringar av antal skolor och skjutsar ska kunna göras utan inverkan på det ekonomiska innehållet i ingånget avtal. Det ska vara en leverantör för alla resor.
