Denna upphandling avser kontrollverksamhet för den allmänna kollektivtrafiken inom Sörmlands län. Syftet är att säkerställa en hög betalningsmoral, trygga resor och en god kvalitet inom kollektivtrafiken. Genom upphandlingen avser Köparen att teckna avtal med en leverantör som ansvarar för genomförandet av färdbeviskontroller och kvalitetskontroller samt bidrar till ett tryggt och serviceinriktat resande. Uppdraget innefattar utförande av regelbundna kontroller av färdbevis, samt övervakning av fordonens skick och funktionalitet. Leverantören förväntas agera i nära samverkan med förare och Köparen för att upprätthålla god ordning, trygghet och servicekvalitet i kollektivtrafiken. Arbetet omfattar både uniformerade och civila kontroller, samt rapportering och uppföljning enligt Köparens anvisningar.
