Upphandlingen omfattar en digital tjänst för kontinuerlig uppföljning av invånares upplevelse efter kontakt med kommunens kontaktcenter eller av kommunen andra avropande verksamheter. Kontaktvägarna till kommunen är: telefon,e‑post,chatt samtbesök. Tjänsten ska samla in och presentera resultat och fungera som ett praktiskt stöd för att utveckla kommunens arbete med service och bemötande. Vi jämför oss med andra kontaktcenter därav är det viktigt att kunna följa NKI i form av generell nöjdhet. Tjänsten ska ge medarbetare, chefer och coacher insyn i hur service och bemötande upplevs och skapa underlag för coachning och utveckling på såväl individ- som gruppnivå. Coacher ska med stöd i underlag från tjänsten kunna planera, genomföra och följa upp medarbetarnas och verksamhetens arbete med service och bemötande. Tjänsten bör även erbjuda reflektioner och förbättringsförslag direkt till medarbetaren baserad på insamlade data per automatik. Kommunen efterfrågar en webbaserad tjänst som stödjer hela kedjan från insamling av kundens upplevelse, medarbetarens agerande, till analys, coachning och rapporter inom ett och samma gränssnitt.
