Region Västerbotten upphandlar ett webbaserat kemikaliehanteringssystem som levereras som en komplett SaaS-tjänst inklusive drift, support, underhåll och vidareutveckling. Systemet ska ersätta regionens nuvarande kemikaliehanteringssystem och stödja arbetet med kemikalieförteckning, inventering, riskbedömning, substitution och uppföljning av kemiska produkter. Upphandlingen omfattar leverans av systemet, migrering av befintlig information, integrationer, utbildning av inventerare/riskbedömare och huvudadministratörer samt förvaltning under avtalstiden. Systemet ska hantera minst 3 500 unika produktnummer och användas vid cirka 300 arbetsplatser av cirka 450 inventerare/riskbedömare och 15 huvudadministratörer. Samtliga medarbetare i regionen ska kunna vara läsanvändare genom en regionlicens.
