Upphandlingens syfte är att säkerställa Pensionsmyndighetens behov av konsultstöd i olika fastighetsrelaterade projekt där konsulterna, tillsammans med myndighetens personal, ska kunna utreda och planera lokalbehov, lokalutformning och avveckling med utgångspunkt från verksamhet och organisation. Detta ska ske med beaktande av verksamhetsmässiga, ekonomiska, tekniska och legala aspekter. Uppgifterna kan även innefatta projekt- och projekteringsledning vid anpassning och ombyggnad av hyreslokaler. Myndigheten har också behov av stöd i hyresjuridiska frågor. Myndigheten efterfrågar tre kategorier av konsulter; seniorkonsult, konsult och hyresjurist för att vid behov kunna avropa konsulttjänster för så väl längre, väl definierade uppdrag som för korta/snabba uppdrag. Pensionsmyndigheten har verksamhet i Gävle, Halmstad, Karlstad, Luleå, Stockholm, Söderhamn, Visby och Växjö.
