Details

Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för operationell leasing och vagnparkshantering för Ellevio och de koncernbolag som anges som avropsberättigade i upphandlingsdokumenten. Uppdraget omfattar operationell leasing och administration av produktionsbilar, personalbilar och förmånsbilar samt administration av Ellevioägda släpvagnar. I uppdraget ingår bland annat fordonsbeställning, leverans och återlämnande, löpande fordons- och vagnparkshantering, digital portal och administration, uppföljning av leasingavtal och körsträckor samt samordning av service, underhåll, däck, skador och övriga fordonsrelaterade tjänster enligt upphandlingsdokumenten. Ramavtalet avses gälla från och med den 1 januari 2027 till och med den 31 december 2030. Ellevio har därefter ensidig rätt att förlänga Ramavtalet med ett (1) år i taget vid maximalt fyra (4) tillfällen. Ramavtalets maximala löptid, inklusive samtliga förlängningsoptioner, är därmed åtta (8) år. Ramavtalets uppskattade sammanlagda värde uppgår till 60 000 000 SEK exklusive mervärdesskatt och ramavtalets maximala sammanlagda värde uppgår till 80 000 000 SEK exklusive mervärdesskatt under ramavtalets hela möjliga löptid. Ellevio avser att teckna ramavtal med en leverantör.
