Details

Upphandlingen avser ett överordnat, fabrikatsoberoende driftsystem för central övervakning och hantering av Beställarens fastighetsbestånd. Systemet ska samla in, strukturera och presentera driftdata, mätvärden, status, historik och larm från lokala styrsystem av olika fabrikat och teknisk utformning. Systemet ska stödja central larmhantering, uppföljning, analys och behörighetsstyrd överstyrning. Lösningen ska tillhandahållas som en molnbaserad tjänst och kunna kommunicera med Beställarens befintliga tekniska miljö enligt upphandlingsdokumenten. Uppdraget omfattar införande, anslutning av befintliga fastigheter och lokala styrsystem samt löpande tillhandahållande av tjänsten, inklusive licenser, drift, support, underhåll och uppdateringar. Beställaren ska ha full rådighet över sin data och rätt att exportera den i öppna och allmänt vedertagna format.
