Movexum AB upphandlar ett ramavtal för extern projektutvärdering och löpande lärande utvärdering, även benämnd följeforskning, inom befintliga och kommande utvecklingsprojekt. Uppdragen ska bidra till att följa och analysera projektens genomförande, resultat och måluppfyllelse samt ge underlag för lärande, utveckling och tillvaratagande av projektens resultat. Tjänsterna kan omfatta utvärderingsplanering, datainsamling och analys, löpande återkoppling till projektledning och styrgrupp samt del- och slutrapportering. Utvärderingen ska genomföras utifrån respektive projekts förutsättningar och berörda finansiärers krav. Det första planerade uppdraget avser projektet SPARK- energiinnovationer för hållbara industrier och samhällen. Därutöver ska ramavtalet möjliggöra avrop av utvärderingstjänster för andra projekt som Movexum kommer att driva. Behovet bedöms preliminärt omfatta cirka fyra projekt under ramavtalets löptid. Antalet uppdrag och deras omfattning kan variera. Ramavtalets takvärde är 1 000 000 kronor exklusive moms för hela ramavtalsperioden, inklusive eventuella förlängningar. Någon viss avropsvolym garanteras inte. Respektive uppdrags omfattning, tidplan och leveranser preciseras vid avrop enligt ramavtalets fastställda villkor.
