Upphandlingen avser ett ramavtal avseende en sammanhållen tjänst som omfattar tre delar: 1. Förvaltning av undersökningspanelen Rivkraft 2. Enkätundersökningar för Rivkraft 3. Enkätundersökningar för MFD:s övriga uppdrag MFD använder undersökningspanelen Rivkraft för att samla in kunskap om levnadsvillkor, delaktighet och tillgänglighet för personer med funktionsnedsättning. Rivkrafts paneldeltagare har en bred variation av funktionsnedsättningar, åldrar och geografisk spridning som i kombination med det dagliga livets utmaningar gör panelen till en unik kunskapsbank av erfarenhet och förslag till förändringar.
