Upphandlingen omfattar konsultuppdrag med ramavtal avseende kalkylator inom byggnadsarbeten och byggnadsinstallationer för husbyggnadsprojekt. Uppdraget består av att upprätta kalkyler för ny- och ombyggnadsprojekt exempelvis tidiga kostnadsbedömningar i förstudieskeden, kostnads¬styrning under projekteringsskede samt prisgranskning av ÄTA.
