Nybyggnation av ett vård- och omsorgsboende med 80 platser, inklusive boyta, biytor, lokal för daglig verksamhet och offentliga utrymmen samt tillhörande utemiljö med placering i Osby tätort. Nybyggnationen ska länkas samman med befintlig byggnad, Rönnebacken, på samma fastighet för att möjliggöra transport av mat och personal mellan byggnaderna. Projektet omfattar även samordning med befintlig infrastruktur. Projektet upphandlas som generalentreprenad och ska genomföras som totalentreprenad enligt ABT 06
